Quiet Space — #93 – Everything Is Going To Be OK

øjeRum is the solo project of musician and collage artist Paw Grabowski, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. For over a decade, he has been producing his sublime music, ranging from atmospheric ambient to experimental folk. He has two excellent new releases that we are featuring on this edition, ‘Alting Falder I Samme Rum’ on Sound in Silence and ‘Don’t Worry Mother, Everything Is Going To Be Okay’ – which is the 100th release on the Shimmering Moods label.

1/2/3/4 — #103 — The Age Of Immunology

Vanishing Twin are one of the incredibly exciting ensembles to emerge from the UK, though their members are from across the globe – Belgium, Japan, Italy, France and America. You’ll hear an essential track from this release plus Monnone Alone, Doug Tuttle and more.

Quiet Space — #92 – Melquíades

Melquíades is the solo project of Carlos Perea-Milla, who runs the Canigou, an Independent cassette label based between South East London and Málaga. Starting with acoustic instrumentation – flute, cello, piano – a touch of electric guitar – the music is processed and blended into a sun-drenched ambient blissful experience, with a touch of tape warp to create an engaging listen from start to finish. One of my favourite releases of the year so far! It’s our focus on this episode plus Thomas William Hill, Altars Altars and more.
